The Commission on Safety and Abuse in America's prisons is a national effort to
clarify the nature and extent of violence, sexual abuse, degradation, and other
serious safety failures and abuses in prisons and jails throughout the United
States, as well as the consequences for prisoners, corrections officers, and
the public at large.
imageMachine worked on a comprehensive visual communications strategy with the
commission, including designs for a website, and for printed stationery. The
design of the website focuses on the public process that the commission will
undertake by creating a navigation system that highlights the public hearings.
The graphics are based on visual clarity and simplicity.
